The rules for using ADA.

These Terms of Service govern the use of ADA, including this website and any user account created on it (collectively, the "Services"). They constitute an agreement between you and GopeTech, legal form, address ("we", "us").

Information on how we process personal data is provided in our privacy policy.

The website may be accessed by anyone. Registration for a user account is open to anyone; however, a user account can only be used once we have accepted the registration. You must be at least 16 years of age to register. We review every registration before accepting it and may decline any registration without stating reasons.

You must register with your own email address and may maintain only one account. You must keep your access credentials confidential and must not allow third parties to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us without undue delay at email.

When using the Services, you must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data, or conduct security testing without our prior consent;
• place an excessive load on the Services, or extract their content by automated means;
• register third parties for our communications without their knowledge, or impersonate another person;
• use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We welcome reports of security vulnerabilities at email.

All content of the website, including texts, images, design, logos and animations, is owned by GopeTech or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may view this content, link to it and quote it with attribution of the source. Any further use requires our prior written consent.

ADA is in an early beta phase, and this website is under development. The Services are therefore provided as they currently stand. In particular, individual pages may be missing or incomplete, information may be out of date, features may be added, modified or discontinued at any time without notice, and the Services may be temporarily unavailable or contain errors.

We do not warrant that the Services are available without interruption, complete or free of errors, and there is no entitlement to any particular feature. Use of the Services is at your own risk, subject to the provisions on limitation of liability.

ADA's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or inappropriate, even where they appear certain. Responses do not constitute professional advice, in particular medical, legal, financial or tax advice, and are no substitute for emergency services.

You are responsible for reviewing responses before relying on them, for any decisions you make on the basis of them, and for your inputs. Where you deliberately cause ADA to produce harmful or unlawful content, you bear sole responsibility for it. Subject to the provisions on limitation of liability, we accept no responsibility for the content of responses or for any use made of them.

We shall not be liable for damage caused by slight negligence, unless we breach an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the agreement possible in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely. In that case, our liability is limited to the damage typical for this type of agreement and foreseeable at the time it was concluded.

The above limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, liability under the Product Liability Act, or where we have given a guarantee. They also apply to the personal liability of our employees, representatives and vicarious agents.

You may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting your account, either via the waiting page while your registration awaits acceptance, or by notifying us.

We may terminate the agreement at any time, close any account or refuse to provide the Services to any person, without notice and without stating reasons.

We may amend these Terms of Service. Registered users will be notified of any amendment by email at least two weeks before it takes effect. If you do not agree to the amendment, you may delete your account before it takes effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.

Should any provision of these Terms of Service be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
